Vanessa brings 20 years of insurance broking experience gained across a diverse range of industries and sectors, including significant expertise in Education, Not-For-Profit, and Commercial risks. She built her career with leading national and global broking firms, most recently as Regional Manager at an international brokerage, where she led a team of 25 brokers across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

A passionate advocate for her clients, Vanessa combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic mindset to deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions. Her background spans client portfolio management, business development, risk identification, and team leadership, giving her a truly well-rounded perspective on what businesses need to protect what they’ve built.

Vanessa is recognised for her excellence in the industry. She was named in the Insurance Business Australia Top 50 Hot List (2024) and Top Brokers (2023), and was a finalist in the NIBA Broker of the Year (Qld) in 2022.
