Clear Insurance Career Pathways

Clear Adviser

Clear Advisers are highly experienced and fully qualified corporate risk and insurance brokers. Our knowledgeable advisers guide clients through the risks unique to their business operations and help them to understand their business risks and insurance program. They assess existing insurance programs and advise c-suite executives and boards on the most appropriate insurance solutions for their needs.

Clear Executive

Clear Executives are fully qualified risk and insurance brokers. They hold a Diploma of Financial Services (Broking) and use their growing experience to advise and manage a small, yet varied SME client book. They work with clients on claim management and renewals.

Clear Assistant

Clear Assistants are new to the insurance industry or highly experienced at managing claims and providing client support services. They hold or are working towards their Tier 1 and 2 insurance broking qualifications. Clear Assistants receive support and guidance from our award-winning industry mentors. They liaise with clients and provide vital support services to our executives and advisers on claims and insurance placement.
