Tiahna brings over 15 years of experience in general insurance client service experience, including advice and claims management. She holds her Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking), and NIBA Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker status.

During her 15 years, Tiahna gained extensive experience at regional and city-based brokerages by servicing a varied portfolio of commercial clients. Tiahna’s focused on furthering her insurance knowledge through ongoing training and development. She’s looking forward to extending her network and embracing the new challenges of an ever-changing insurance industry.
