Experienced account assistant, Maree Pickering, has joined the Clear Insurance team!

Our new account assistant, Maree, brings over 20 years of experience in general insurance claims management and policy processing. She holds her Tier 1 & 2 insurance industry qualifications. Maree plans to work towards her Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) with our support this year.

Maree started in insurance claims in 2004. Initially, part-time and then full-time. During that time, she worked for two local brokers as an account assistant.

In 2012, Maree joined the Central Processing Unit at MGA Insurance Brokers. While there, she worked remotely processing all insurance policy types for all MGA branches nationally.

In 2019, Maree joined AIB as a Broking Assistant, helping to service a book of national clients. She helped Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities place hard-to-place risks for medical centres, housing projects and more.
