Krystal brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience to Clear Insurance, spanning underwriting, claims management, service management and operational leadership across both insurer and intermediary environments.

She began her career at a leading insurer, where she progressed from direct underwriting and claims through to intermediary claims management, including an international secondment where she led a claims team offshore. As Claims Relationship Manager for Australian Intermediaries, she was the primary escalation and resolution point for broker partners, managing catastrophe events, dispute resolution and end-to-end claims oversight.

Prior to joining Clear Insurance, Krystal served as Service Manager at a national broking firm, where she led a geographically dispersed team of assistant account managers, with accountability for service delivery, training and development, performance management and operational compliance.

She joined Clear Insurance in September 2025 as Clear Operations and Compliance Executive. She works across the business to implement and embed a strong compliance culture, drive operational process improvements and build the frameworks and structure that support consistent, high-quality service delivery. Her breadth of experience across both insurer and intermediary environments gives her a practical, grounded perspective on what good compliance and operational practice looks like in action.
